We provide IT infrastructure services including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud migration, VAPT, and managed support for businesses across India. We are the data fiduciary as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) for personal data collected through this website.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to respond to your enquiry or provide the requested service. This includes:

• Legitimate use — we may process technical and usage data to maintain website security and improve our services, where this does not override your rights.
• Legal obligation — we retain certain records as required by GST, Companies Act, and other applicable Indian regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Form processing — enquiry forms are processed via Formspree Inc. (USA), which receives submitted data to route it to our inbox. Formspree is bound by its own privacy and data handling policy. Submission implies acceptance of this transfer.
• Communication tools — we use standard email and WhatsApp Business for follow-up communications. These platforms have their own applicable terms.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose data to government authorities or courts where required by Indian law, CERT-In direction, or valid legal process.
• Authorized vendors — product vendors such as Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, AWS, and others may receive your contact information when registering products or support cases on your behalf, only with your knowledge and as required to fulfil the service.

All third-party service providers are required to process your data only for the purpose for which it was shared and to maintain appropriate security measures.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and as required by law:

• Enquiries not converted to projects — contact data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
• Active client records — retained for the duration of the service engagement plus 7 years, as required under GST and Companies Act provisions.
• Website technical data — server access logs are retained for up to 180 days in compliance with CERT-In guidelines, then deleted.

You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal retention obligations — see Section 7.

This website currently uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any remarketing tags.

No personally identifiable data is stored in cookies or local storage by this site. If we add any analytics or tracking in future, this policy will be updated before such tools are activated.
